The right of revocation applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The customer has the right to terminate this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise the right of revocation, the customer must send an revocation message to the following email address: service@platique.de

Consequences of Revocation

If the customer withdraws from this contract, we leave the customer with all payments that we have received from the customer, excluding shipping costs immediately, but no later than 100 days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with the customer. 

We (PLATIQUE) can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided evidence that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

The customer must return the goods to PLATIQUE, Weydemeyerstraße 2, 10178 Berlin immediately, but no later than 30 days from the date on which the customer informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The customer bears the costs of the return. The customer only has to pay for a loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a treatment that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts – for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and the manufacture of which is based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer, – for the delivery of items that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs, – for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies in particular to the print products created by us, which you have configured individually and which have been specially produced for you to order.
