The PLATIQUE products are manufactured “on demand”. As long as production has not started, you can cancel your order. Simply send us an email to service@platique.de and we will check whether the order can still be canceled.
After you have selected a product on our website, you simply determine the desired format before you put it in the shopping cart. You will then be guided through the checkout process.
Yes, in order to order from PLATIQUE, a customer account must be created. It goes without saying that we do not pass on customer data to third parties.
In your customer account you will find the navigation point “Orders”. You can track the delivery here.
Unfortunately, this can happen in rare cases. In the event of transport damage, please contact us with a brief description of the defect and preferably with photos of the damage to the email address service@platique.de – we will endeavor to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Since our products are produced on-demand, they are custom-made and cannot be returned if there are no serious production failures for example.
We ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
The delivery times are primarily dependent on the production process. Delivery times of around one week are normal. However, it some cases we need more time. You can find information about the delivery status in your customer account.
You can currently pay with PayPal or credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Of course, your data will be transmitted in encrypted form guaranteeing a secure transaction.
