Can I change or cancel my order?

The PLATIQUE products are manufactured “on demand”. As long as production has not started, you can cancel your order. Simply send us an email to and we will check whether the order can still be canceled.

How do I order?

After you have selected a product on our website, you simply determine the desired format before you put it in the shopping cart. You will then be guided through the checkout process.

Do I need a customer account to order?

Yes, in order to order from PLATIQUE, a customer account must be created. It goes without saying that we do not pass on customer data to third parties.

How do I know where my package is?

In your customer account you will find the navigation point “Orders”. You can track the delivery here.

My order arrived damaged.

Unfortunately, this can happen in rare cases. In the event of transport damage, please contact us with a brief description of the defect and preferably with photos of the damage to the email address – we will endeavor to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?

Since our products are produced on-demand, they are custom-made and cannot be returned if there are no serious production failures for example.


Do you ship internationally?

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery times are primarily dependent on the production process. Delivery times of around one week are normal. However, it some cases we need more time. You can find information about the delivery status in your customer account.


Which forms of payment do you accept?

You can currently pay with PayPal or credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Of course, your data will be transmitted in encrypted form guaranteeing a secure transaction.
