Posters on Premium Matte Paper
We ship posters currently to 29 countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Denmark, Germany, France, Great Britain, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Czech Republic, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and the United States.
Packing
We use different packaging depending on the size of the poster and the country the item is being produced and shipped to.
Our standard packaging for posters is:
• Flat for posters up to A4
• Tube for posters over A4
Some exceptions are:
• Tube with shipping tube in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
• Triangular/rectangular boxes in USA, Canada and Brazil
Aluminum framed Posters
Framed posters are currently shipped to 20 countries: Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Great Britain and the USA.
Packing
The frames are pre-wrapped with corners and foil and then packed in a cardboard box with reinforced edges to protect the frames. Furthermore, I-beams are used to give the packaging extra stability, especially for orders with multiple items (max. 3 frames in one package).
The posters are packed separately in a cardboard inner folder (max. 10 posters in an inner folder).
Plexiglas used in frames may also carry a protective film, but this is often attached to both the front and back of the glass. This often has a blue tint. These protective films can be mistaken for scratches, bubbles or a color cast on a print/glass.
Wall Art on Canvas
Canvas prints can be ordered currently from 19 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.
Packing
Canvas prints will be packed with reinforced edges to protect the items. We also wrap the item in bubble wrap/plastic for extra protection.
Versand
We work with various shipping service providers and choose the optimal service depending on the size of the and Your location. For each order we use an advanced routing algorithm that selects the closest production center. However, there may be international shipments even if there is a production center in the same country for reasons such as stock availability.
Because our products are custom made on-demand, delivery times may vary. Typically your will receive your order after five working days, in rare cases the delivery time can be up to 14 days. Please check the tracking information in your customer account.
To avoid transport damage, the goods are carefully packed. In the unlikely event of damage, our customer service will be happy to find a solution. Canvas prints will be packed with reinforced edges to protect the items. We also wrap the item in bubble wrap/plastic for extra protection.
